Afghanistan
WeWorld has been present in Afghanistan since 2017, with a focus on supporting the more than 2 million women left widowed after decades of conflict and their children. Working in partnership with the Rural Rehabilitation Association of Afghanistan, these programs are supported by ChildFund Australia, ChildFund Deutschland, and Educo. WeWorld has also provided humanitarian assistance to families following the devastating earthquake in Herat Province in 2023.
