Étienne brings more than 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience to his role as Executive Director of Un Enfant par la Main. His diverse background spans citizenship, education, volunteering, medical and social services, children and youth, and community solidarity. 

Working closely with thar board, staff, and local partners, Étienne navigates the complex balance between short and long-term priorities; future vision and historical context; and hands-on action in communities with strong national oversight. He ensures that financial stability, measurable results, and meaningful social impact remain aligned with the realities on the ground.

With optimism, conviction, and creativity, Étienne leads a dedicated team that places children — and those who support them — at the heart of all decisions.
