Alexander Busl serves as Co-CEO, helping to lead the independent children’s aid organization that has been working since 1978 to improve the future prospects of children in need, their families and their entire environment worldwide.

Fundraising has been an instrumental part of Alexander‘s working experience since the start of his career. In the past, he worked as Head of the Fundraising Department for the Technical University in Munich as well as the Fundraising Director at the University Medical Center in Hamburg.

He later combined his passion for educational projects for children and young people with his fundraising talent by working as managing director of a private foundation in Germany. Alexander joined ChildFund Deutschland in 2021.
