ChildFund Alliance has a Secretariat team with offices in New York and Brussels. The Alliance is overseen by a skills-based Board of Directors, which has legal responsibility and authority for management of the Alliance. In addition, a Member Council, comprising the chief executive from each Alliance member and the Alliance Secretary General, provides ongoing strategy and policy recommendations and advice to the Board. A priority of the Member Council is overseeing development of the Alliance’s strategic plan as well as providing leadership and vision for member growth and collaboration.
