EDUCO in El Salvador
Poverty obliges many children and adolescents to work or leaves them malnourished.
The education system is highly deficient, with low levels of coverage, poor facilities and a lack of educational resources and teacher training, all of which negatively impact children's development. Moreover, the phenomenon of youth violence in the country leads many young people to drop out of school.
