Every fourth child in Uganda is malnourished. About one in three deaths among children in Uganda is due to the consequences of malnutrition.

While the country has an ideal climate and fertile ground to provide enough food for everyone, people often lack agricultural equipment and professional know-how. That is why ChildFund Deutschland has equipped families in six municipalities with oxen and plows and trained them with methods that will give them higher yields.
