ChildFund Vietnam works in the three northern provinces of Bac Kan, Cao Bang and Hoa Binh, where the majority of people are from ethnic minority groups.

The geographical location of these communities, in remote and difficult-to-access mountainous areas, contributes greatly to the high rates of poverty. Reaching these areas is challenging but also critical to improve the lives of these children and their families, who are among the most vulnerable and marginalized people in Vietnam.

ChildFund's programs focus on five main areas of education, water and sanitation, livelihoods, health, and child protection, with a strong emphasis on child rights and participation through activities like children's clubs.
