Martin is the CEO of ChildFund Ireland and is a former Chief Executive of Bus Éireann. He brings to the organization a proven record of accomplishment and decades of experience at the board level. He joined ChildFund Ireland after holding several senior positions at the state-owned bus company where he served since 1997, including the post of Chief Executive, which he held for six years until stepping down in 2017. In that role, he directed the provision of significant services for communities across Ireland. He is a Chartered accountant, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and a member of the Institute of Directors. He is also a Director of Autism Ireland.
